A refrigerator and microwave, perfect for our extended stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, although the noise from the nearby road disrupted our sleep at times. A pleasant stay with a nice atmosphere.

Too much noise that woke me up 3 times during the night. Staff talking next to my room, kids running the hallway, loud radio playing in the parking next to my window at 3am.

Large clean room. Well located. Correct price.
Although I had explicitly asked for a room at the back at check-in (at the reception), it turned out to be at the front. Fortunately, after our remark about this, we got a room at the back (with less street noise). Mattresses were too soft (but that's personal taste)

Highly Recommend it for Families
My husband and two toddlers stayed for a night, and the front desk staff was really good! I distinctly remember Sabrina, her warmth and helpfulness.
It was a bit pricey, but I suppose you're paying for quality.

A surprise anniversary celebration
Our anniversary evening was made special with a complimentary bottle of wine and warm congratulations from the staff. The indoor pool was a perfect unwind after a long day.
Access to the hotel was a bit tricky as it's located behind a restaurant. A more visible sign would help first-time visitors.

1. The mattress was too hard and the pillows were too soft. This made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. 2. When we walked into the room the television was not connected. We had to figure out the connectivity by moving furniture. 3. I was not allowed to use the payment of my choice during check-out. 4. Worse of all, the tub drain was clogged and we were not able to take a shower.

Nice and unbeatable location just a pleasant stroll away from Delaware State University. Set in a local area so close to the casino the mall and the beaches and restaurants, the beach and Funland and the Garden.
